Happy College Gameday!

Fall Saturday's are my favorite time of year. Not only is it beautiful weather in FL, but I get to do the one thing I love most by watching a full day of college football. If I am not at the Swamp, I will usually be found throwing Gameday parties, having rivalry themed menus and drinks and having all my friends over so they can argue with me since most of them think the Gators don't deserve to be #1. It's tough being a Gator sometimes.....

People have often asked me where my vision came from for Halftime Designs. I really can't answer that question, as these images just pop in my head (usually after a glass or two of wine). I have had a fun time with coming up with Halftime Designs. I do think my love for throwing theme parties may have been where the inspiration for the Gator Girls Sushi Bar and Nole Girls Sushi Bar images came from, with their rivalry themed sushi menus.I must add that I start off every Saturday watching College Gameday (usually disagreeing with everything Korso says). But I must ask....why is Jim Cramer from Mad Money doing a feature for college football? I don't like it, not one bit! Since today's College Gameday is out of State College in PA, I figured I would introduce you to the Penntini (check out Nittany's Scarf!), available now in the online store.

Giants & Jets!!

I recently added two new designs, featuring the New York Giants and the New York Jets which are now available in the online store! The designs feature the Halftime Designs gals in a NYC setting, walking a dachshund in team colors and carrying a Birkin Bag style purse.

The Knightini!

My Knightini is now in the webstore and I am very excited about this one. My brother Aaron and soon to be sister in-law Lauren are both UCF grads and go to most of the home games. Lauren was one of my inspirations for starting this line. She always has the hardest time find a cute UCF shirt for gameday. I always complained about not being able to find orange and blue clothes but I never realized how hard the UCF girls had it. I need some feedback!

Oh my lord, this past week has truly taken a toll on my life. My childhood best friend told me tonight that I need help. Usually when you hear these words from a best friend, it would be due to alcohol or worse....not in my case. I am apparently addicted to Halftime Designs.

So if you know me personally, I apologize!! My biggest plus and downfall fits into the same category. When I become 110% focused on something, watch out.

While I am venting, I would REALLY like to know what the thousands of beautiful people that have viewed my website over the past week would like to see.

Am I going in the right direction with the NFL? My good bud who is a Patriots fan says so....
What teams would you want me to move forward with?
Am I too girly??

Halftime Designs!

This is my first post blog post and I am very excited for what's to come within the next month. Dressing up for football games is my favorite thing to do. I have had issues in the past finding feminine cute things in my teams colors. I would sit up at night, prior to the game, stressing out because I didn't have a stylish outfit to wear to the game. Don't get me wrong, I know my fair share about sports but I prefer to look cute while tailgating and loosing my voice cheering for my team! I know many other female sports fans that feel the same way.

I took the two things I love most in this world, fashion and sports and created a fun and flirty clothing line called Halftime Designs, which is available at www.cafepress.com/halftimedesigns. I am introducing it with designer tees and tanks.
